Administrative / Accounts Payable Assistant

A start-up company in South San Francisco is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist with Reception and Admin experience. The ideal candidate will have experience working for a start-up, be enthusiastic, personable, well organized, detail oriented and have a can do attitude with a willingness to do various tasks and wear many hats. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Accounts Payable (main function)
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Reception desk tasks
  • Process the daily mail
  • Copy/Scan/File/Fax/Email documents
  • Inventory & procurement of supplies and snacks
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and interviews including preparing agendas and documents
  • Miscellaneous tasks as needed

Skills required: proficient with Quickbooks**, Word, Excel and Outlook (knowledge of Point Purchasing is a plus)

***This position will start in South San Francisco and transition into a new facility in Hayward in late September***
