Customer Success Manager

Position Summary:

The individual in this role will be responsible for managing and executing on the post-sale, customer engagement mission of Halio North America.  This will include proactively monitoring and tracking all customer sites, identifying hardware issues and failures, and driving customer advocacy and experience.  This individual will report to the VP of Customer Success and will work remotely from each customer site and/or a home office.

 

Job Responsibilities:

The individual in this role will be responsible for:

  • Customer service ticketing & resolution
  • On-Site Technical Support and Repairs
  • Usage tracking and routine reporting for customers
  • Product Introduction & Training Events
  • System/Product Maintenance and Up-keep
  • Project Management of Repairs and Maintenance

 

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Halio Ambassador registered for every product site
  • Customer Health Score Targets for each end-user site
  • Service Ticket Resolution Rate
  • Customer Engagement Training/Webinars/On-Site Event Participation
  • Project Execution/Budget Performance

 

Requirements:

  • Systems integration experience
  • Customer Support and Training Experience
  • Project Management
  • Commercial construction experience

 

The ideal candidate will also have:

  • Experience working with Glazing and Electrical trades
  • Experience working in technology and early-stage companies
